    Adak Alaska or Bust

This summer we travel to Alaska, and hopefully, stumble upon some beautiful video production opportunities, such as huge, hungry grizzlies snapping up those salmon (and not us...who would film?).

While planning, we stumbled upon the extremely isolated municipality of Adak, Alaska, and for some bizarre reason, we want to go.

The United States' most western village, Adak sits in the Aleutian Islands and was once home to a bustling military base with over 6000 residents.

Today, what remains is a deserted McDonalds, a huge runway and 316 brave residents, who for some reason, don't want to leave.

So if you would like to visit, be sure to pack your own Filet of Fish and brush up on your Adak-ese here.
